Refund policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return
Email info@craftedbright.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@craftedbright.com with photos. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
